Thank you to those who supported the PTFA Fashion Show last night, £277 was raised. Thank you to our models, they did a fabulous job, we are planning another one in March next year.

Merits is on in the morning, please join us at 9.00am.

Class 3 are out at a Multiskills Competition at Gainsborough Leisure Centre. Please wear school PE kit all day. We will be back for a normal lunch.

Looking ahead……….

Monday 16^th October – Individual photos. Younger siblings can be brought in from 8.40am for family photos if you wish.

Thursday 19^th October – Cup match v. Langold (away) KO 3.45pm – team selection letters will be out next week.

Friday 20^th October – PTFA Pumpkin Art Competition – entry £2, prizes for each class, all pumpkins will be on display from 3.10pm on Friday for family & friends to view.

Break up for half term – the children return on Tuesday 7^th November. School is closed on Monday 6^th November for staff training on geography fieldwork skills.

After half term, Miss Rowbottom will be running an indoor games club on a Tuesday for Classes 2 & 3 (poster attached). The signing up link will follow soon.

Could I please ask that children do have a coat with them at school, it is getting cooler.

Packed lunches – I have never been the sort of HT who says what should and should not be in school lunch boxes, that is a decision for parents. However, I have noticed recently there have been sweets in lunch boxes, could I please ask that these are not included as it has caused some other children to ask their parents to include sweets. Thank you.
